Did the same thing with fresh Pico, Guacamole and all the fixins for pulled pork tacos for Easter lunch. Having pulled pork BBQ sammiches tonight!

I think I am beginning to like pork butt better than brisket too!! so easy to cook imo.

certainly cheaper that's for dang sure. Definitely easier doing a butt on a stick burner vs. a brisket. But when you get the brisket right, can't beat it IMO.
