Looks good. I hadn't had cinnamon toast in years until I got a toaster oven. Now I fix it all the time. It's easy and dang it's good.

Grew up on it, seldom make it now. Same here, didn't know we were poor. Thought we were kings with all the home cooked meals, cinnamon toast, fried bologna, Spam salad sandwiches, chili beans (more pinto beans than meat), spaghetti in tomato sauce (no meat) and cinnamon rollups with the left over pie dough.

Speaking of coffee, I remember my mom making a second pot of coffee and reusing the grounds. She would add some fresh grounds on top of the old ones. Of course this was when people used percolators and you cooked the coffee to the color you liked. We had one made out of aluminum that went on top of the burner of the stove and a fancy electric one for company. I still have the aluminum one for camping trips and power outages.
