 Mature lady hunter looking for small property to lease

Looking for a small property to lease year around in the central Texas or hill country area. Leased 250 acres from a rancher for 20 years who has sold the property. I'm happy to lease for just myself, or with one or two others who don't mind having a female leasing/hunting with them. I'm a widow, responsible management minded hunter, not interested in trophy hunting, so low fence with native deer is my preference. Owned a small horse ranch until 4 years ago, have lived in the country and hunted all my life, so very familiar with the care required of property, not a city girl looking to shoot up your place. Being out in the country and filling the freezer is what I seek. Love hog hunting throughout the year, have thermal scope, so prefer a place that allows hog hunting at night. I archery hunt too. Electricity and water would be a plus but not required. Can set my own blind if the property has none and have a feeder as well.
