Probably my favorite Spring and Summer sandwich!! BLT with avocado and aged white cheddar cheese. Girls had potato chips, and saved room for brownies. You know, I love fried egg on lots of things, especially burgers, but I had never even thought of that on a BLT. For sure, next time!!! I tried a fried egg on my burger and was not a fan.......... Then I tried a fried egg on my BLT and it was great. Have one on mine every time.
