Season and wrap it with bacon, then bake.

The last one I shot, I took out the breast , tenderized it and chicken fried it. It was great.

My two favorite ways are:

1) Brine/season & chicken fry.

2) Brine/season/wrap in bacon & smoke with fruit wood/glaze with preserves right before it's done.

First one I killed many moons ago, I tried smoking it with water pan and 5 lbs bacon and it still was terrible and wife said she would just buy a butter ball. What few I killed after that sliced the breast a chicken fried them.

Cut the breast in strips and chicken fry.
Don’t overcook.
The rest is good cooked in crock pot or pressure cooker.

I cut mine across the grain on the breast in about 1/2 inch pieces and chicken fry it. Good eating!

Pure sarcasm, I’m not confused at all like some.
