My neighbor had a coon get into his coop and killed 11 hens. He had one left and I said we'd add her to our flock. The next day gathering eggs this was in the nesting box. I asked him what he was feeding them and I need to change feed if this is the results  . Double yolks make cool deviled eggs. For my 40 years of dealing with chickens I have seen a ton of double yolks but only a couple of triple yolks.
That is a beast of an egg. Look for the hen that walks slow or a goose that snuck in and left you an egg.
I would boil that egg and then cut it open to reveal what is inside.
