I am about a 3 weeks in and going to look like Santa Clause by December. Gonna give it a whirl. My previous position it was highly frowned upon and actually had a unspoken policy against it for Sales Managers. Wife wants me to grow one as well. My goal is to look like this guy but Grey....  No ear rings!

I never understood why anyone wanted a full beard in the summer? I’ll grow one for a month or so in the winter.

Mine gets cut with a #4 every week or two. Only went long once.

Not now but I have and much longer than the dude in the pic, their hot in the summer and eating BBQ is a real treat  Their fun for a while but get old to me after a while.

I would never want a long beard or long hair for that matter. I go for the 3 day old beard, trim #1 in my drive way when gets too long, hate shaving with a razor.

I haven't shaved in 8-9 years but keep the beard trimmed fairly short. Grew out the beard and hair for about a year and a half but got tired of hair everywhere in the house (crazy how much you lose with hair past your shoulders) and cut it all short again.

Yes...first time I’ve ever had a beard, never could go through the shaggy stage with work. They sent us home last March and I said screw out we’ll see what happens. I’ve kept it trimmed but right now it’s getting long and I’m going to have to do something soon
