Biden considering executive action on gun control President Biden is considering executive action on gun control in the wake of two mass shootings in less than a week, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday. I would imagine a lawsuit would be brought to challenge the constitutionality of the eo.
Seems like it wouldn’t be hard to get a stay until it worked it’s way through the courts.
