Substitute white fish, instead of orange, and double the scallops. I'd hurt myself on that!!!

Substitute white fish, instead of orange, and double the scallops. I'd hurt myself on that!!! I have always liked salmon, my wife likes it quite a bit also. Mine was cooked skin on, adds some great flavor to me, but the wife likes hers skinned.

I do love salmon, if it's fresh out of the water and grilled. Other than that, I find that it loses flavor faster than other fish, and it just seems blah to me. Would rather have redfish, flounder, trout, or ahi. I can't get enough smoked or canned salmon as appetizers tho!!
