As long as the wife and I were standing in the kitchen cleaning up, we decided to make six dozen pigs in blankets to freeze for breakfasts. Love these little nuggets with spicy mustard and Tabasco!!!

Would. Looks as if that is a lot of work.

Love these. Easiest thing ever. Package of 36 Rhodes rolls, 3 packages of sausages. Cut roll dough in half, wrap around link. Bake 28 minutes at 350. Takes the wife and I 10 minutes to roll them. Cool off, put in ziplocks.
Eat 6 for breakfast, after microwaving 60 seconds.

These were just the Hillshire Beef Smokies, 'cause I had a bunch in the freezer. When I make them just for me, I like to use Andouille, jalapeƱo cheddar, or any of the spicy ones. Since you bake them, even un-cooked will work, and keeping in the freezer they last well.
