As long as the wife and I were standing in the kitchen cleaning up, we decided to make six dozen pigs in blankets to freeze for breakfasts. Love these. Easiest thing ever. Package of 36 Rhodes rolls, 3 packages of sausages. Cut roll dough in half, wrap around link. Bake 28 minutes at 350. Takes the wife and I 10 minutes to roll them. Cool off, put in ziplocks.
Eat 6 for breakfast, after microwaving 60 seconds.

These were just the Hillshire Beef Smokies, 'cause I had a bunch in the freezer. When I make them just for me, I like to use Andouille, jalapeño cheddar, or any of the spicy ones. Since you bake them, even un-cooked will work, and keeping in the freezer they last well.
