OP fishdfly Pro Tracker F Joined: Nov 2018 Posts: 1,539	I am looking for used pure lead, not wheel weights or linotype. I cast lead balls for muzzle loading and it needs to be pure, you can scratch it with your finger nail. When to Tyler Recycling yesterday and they no longer sell it to individuals, was buying lead roof vents there Anyone know a source for pure lead in the Tyler area? Would like100 lbs. Thanks, fdf

I have one that gives me all I can handle. As you know, those jacks are pure soft lead. Lead Ingots from Roof Jacks The mold is home made from an old piece of angle iron and a short section of galvanized water pipe. The ingots average about 1 ½ lbs.
