Corned Beef.

Yes, corned beef brisket. Some like to chunk it, I prefer sliced nice and thick, so I can make hash in the morning with leftover meat.

Had the same this evening as well. But I like mashed potatoes.

Buy a corned beef brisket on the after St. Patties day sales and smoke it. Good stuff.

Here`s a brisket I cured made into corned beef for sandwiches a while back. Beats the stuff you get at the store.

Your slicer is WAY better than mine!! Time for a new one.

Mine looks the same but I add rutabagas. After "the day" I slice and freeze the corn beef for sandwiches and potato salad and then have the left over veggies with hot dogs. Actually pretty good.
