I’d eat that. I’ve never pan fried one in butter, but used to deep fry homemade ones, has been a while.... I’d brown up some ground venison or pork/onion/garlic/ground chilis, make a pot of borracho beans, mix beans & meat together then stuff & fold into uncooked homemade flour tortillas and deep fry. Serve with fresh hot salsa, delicious. You got me wanting to make some now.
