 Waygu New York Strip, Potatoes, and Brussel Sprouts.

Brussel sprouts roasted and doused with a little Balsamic Vinegar and some toasted pine nuts added in. I’m not sure what to call the potatoes. I cut them into rectangles and sliced every quarter inch about 3/4 of the way through and stuffed them with Parmesan cheese. Turned out way better than I thought. The strip was fantastic. Looks great! The potatoes fixed that way are called Hasselback potatoes.

Looks great! The potatoes fixed that way are called Hasselback potatoes. Thanks man that was bugging me. I’ve seen them one time, but never had them. Had know idea what to call them.

Some people use chopsticks or something similar on either side of the potato to keep from cutting all the way through.
