Hackberries and small mesquites are budding out. Big, mature mesquites are not yet. Ground must be warming nicely because even the coastal has started to green up now this week. I had 82 on my drive home yesterday from New Braunfels. Just wish we could have gotten more of the wet stuff last weekend.
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Your lucky day.

I hope my live oaks pop soon, worried 😟 we got to -3 deg here; all of my (small) live oaks just dropped all their leaves - I see that as a good sign they're gonna pop new ones soon. My peach trees are in full bloom; ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/03/full-6229-286471-img_0675.jpg) (and the huge hedge of blackberries behind them are just starting to put on leaves!) sand-plums just finishing their bloom-out. Clover is covering about half of yard, and ornamental-pear-trees are about at 50% bloom. Post Oaks are just showing signs of pollen blooms. Yep, I'd agree - Spring is popping!
