Call it what you will - grilled and skewered street meat, with spices. In this case, I had two pork tenderloins, and Greek spices. In Spain we used goat, mostly in the rest of the Med it's lamb, in Africa it was buffalo-elephant-zebra on the braai. You'll have to follow for two days, tho!

Coach's post got me thinking Greek food. I tried to duplicate the photo I use for his. I love my selection in the kitchen. Two most important things I have, coffee maker and spices.

Cleaned, cubed, and marinated tenderloin overnight. Made a Tzatziki sauce out of yogurt, with cucumber, olive oil, lemon, spices. Tomorrow is grilling' time!! Oh yeah.

WOW, turned out really good. Hadn't seen the oldest boy for two months (he's been in Tahoe), so grilling the fatted calf (pig) seemed appropriate. It was soooo good!!

Wish I liked to cook like I like to eat.

While we caught up on recent events, I threw together one of those darn Pecan pies he'd been missing out on, and he demolished a couple pieces!! The wife and I might have helped too.
