Pure greatness.

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

1) Whoever took that picture needs a basic photog class.
2) I bet that brittany is a spoiled, fat house dog who has his moments.
3) I bet that lab mutt's head is harder than concrete.
4) 1-3 obviously apply to me or my dogs.

Great day, dogs basically slept 'til Monday morning.

Hat's off to Joe and his gang at the ranch. Always a good day to be had there.

The dogs?

Brit was bought from guy on this forum. Wish I knew his screen name to tell him what a great dog he's become. Breeder was in Denton at the time, was moving up north off 35. I think Valley View area if memory serves.
Lab mutt was a rescue my vet called me about. 1/2 lab 1/4 great pyrenees, 1/4 hound group according to dna test. His first upland hunt at 3yo. He's learning his roll. Flushed several but did not retrieve as he has proven duck hunting. After next season I'll have a respectable pair.

I like my dogs to take up most of the photo. Its all about the dogs to me. Not UTVs.

LOL. Was a privilege to hunt behind Floyd and Gordo. Every hunt they improve and I am afforded the opportunity to watch bird dogs work. It doesn't get much better for me.
