Been hearing alot of good things about this place. Who's been? Wife and I are gonna make the drive Saturday to try it out for the first time.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

It was good but nothing special when I tried them. If you want some BBQ that is worth the drive go try Dayne's in Fort Worth. You can thank me later

Did anyone else notice that BBQ prices are now listed by the HALF POUND !!! I guess thats to ease the sticker shock..

I would hate to be in the BBQ business, have thought about it for quite some time.
So much goes into every aspect of the cook, then you have to put a price on that and sell it, all the while being hammered on price. Always lots of complainers, always complaining about everything.
Tell you what Pal, cook your own BBQ at home or shut up already.
FMI most of the people that complain about BBQ are the same people that don't clean their own animals.
They bitch, that's what they do.

About 6 blocks from my office, it is really really good.
You typically have to wait in line, but show me a good BBQ place where you don't have to wait in line.

They bitch, that's what they do. People in the restaurant business work their azz off, no way in hell could or would I do it! I cannot imagine how much time, money and the challenges that go with it. Especially real good BBQ, meat is expensive, look how much time and labor goes into preparing & cooking/smoking it. I wish 407BBQ was closer, if I am going to splurge I am going to do it right.
