I’m helping a good buddy sell his place. Right now it’s ‘For sale by owner’. Not listed on MLS or any other site. It’s a great little place that has some dang good hunting. Has water and electricity available upfront near the camp site. Plenty deer, hogs, turkeys and dove. Has wet weather creak and pond. He will leave stands and feeders, travel trailer and whatever else someone would want.
I’ve hunted it a bunch over the 4 years he’s owned it and have never had a bad hunt. Several upper 140s have been killed out there. Neighbors (300 acres) high fenced the south side of the place so it slowed the deer down some. Might be able to get them to lease it as they do not hunt right now. Didn’t slow enough to get blanked on a sit. Really large ranch across the road with non hunting owners and 150 acres on north side that is hunted.
