Lazy morning today, with the girls watching Hallmark movies in the other room. I guess they're looking for those mythical "perfect" guys, that don't exist!!  Anyway, as we are getting closer to St. Patty's Day, time to bust out some corn beef recipes. Breakfast seemed like a good first day. They didn't want any, so split the meat and potatoes for them, and me.
