There have been quite a few posts made here reporting the theft of firearms from vehicles. Have you seen anything that makes you believe they deter theft? They're no doubt becoming popular and are relatively inexpensive. My SIL has one in his truck and it captured video of a guy who broke into a truck next to his.
I've found at least one model that offers three cameras, one each for views of the front, rear, and inside the vehicle.
What other features, such as WiFi capability, do you consider must haves?
Just wondering.

I have a front and rear camera on my truck which are hard wired into my upfitter switches. When I was traveling and staying in hotels I would leave them on overnight. Just in case the perp was in and out real quick and not looking at or for the cameras. I also flip the switch on while riding just in case someone hits me, or runs a red light. Heck might even catch something cool on there.
They are only effective if they do not steal cameras and you have them activated.
