75 ELDM's 23.5gr 8208
fooling with seating depth now. In my rifle the ELDM's shoot better with more jump.
1-8 Proof, 20"
Haven't tried 80's, have some Berger 75gr loaded to test
actually the Berger 70 target with AR-Comp shoots better

I shoot 75 grain Hornady and 77 grain Sierra. lMR 8208 XBR, Varget, and H4895 have all worked well for me in various .223’s with heavies.

Not seen a whole lot of straight 223 guys venture over the 75gr unless the throat allows for longer bullets.
