Couldn't believe my ears; I had a bunch of diced chicken I needed to use up, and when I suggested this, the MIL had never heard of it before. That made up my mind right there. And yes guys, there are beans in this one!!!  Chicken p[ieces, green chiles and jalapeños, sweet onion, fresh garlic, 3 bean mix, and chicken stock. Oh, added 4 ears worth of fire-grilled corn too. Girls don't do very spicy, and they even added sour cream and cheese. I did get plenty of cumin in it, and then doctored mine with Chollula and Pico. Stripped some fresh tortillas and fried them, added sea salt and Cotija on the top. Looks great Blank. My bride has a good recipe from when we lived up north. For some reason hers is thick like a chili and not a soup. Maybe it is the great northern beans she simmers it with?
