I have a 320 acre lease in Round Mountain with trophy white tail, turkey, hogs, and a rustic cabin on a spring fed creek as accommodations with gas and electricity. This is a rifle only lease, no bow hunting is allowed. Looking for no more than four long term seasoned, ethical hunters for a two year minimum lease. Lease would begin April 1st. Available for site visits March 14-17th. This lease is for hunters only, no family or friends. Contact me if interested.

Gentlemen,
This lease is not a corporate lease and is the opposite of a nightmare. It has been a family run lease for 25-30 years and has only had 2 sets of hunters on it all these years. The childish comments of someone who is ignorant and has never even seen the land is very telling of that individual. If you are not interested in the lease that is fine but to disparage something you know nothing about is not what this forum is about.

AEKDB, I apologize if my comment offended you. I was just stating that with it be rifle season only and no family allowed in seem mire like a corporate lease. However, I must admit that with ut be only the hunter/leasee being allowed you are correct in stating that it is the furthest thing from a corporate lease and more of a single man's lease.
If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.

I think the comment about a "nightmare" probably had to do with 4 hunters on just 320 acres.
I would think without posting the price that you would get a large number of guys contacting you that are just kicking tires. I will assume that you know what you are doing by not posting it.
