Spicy black-eyed peas, with bacon and peppers. Mixed in a whole bunch of diced brisket, with jalapeƱos and sweet onions, and ate on mini-shovels!!!. Tried out the new guacamole salsa the wife picked out. Wasn't too bad, especially with the Cotija.

All the way Blank.

Couple of years in Bay City and Matagorda. Back every year since, at least for visits, fishing and hunting. Yep, I do love good food. smile
