Well, I was at the grocery store and was going to buy some grits, but I wasn't sure what I should get. I saw instant and quick / 5 minute. I didn't see it in the store but I did a quick google search and also saw an old fashioned. Is old fashioned what I want or is the quick / 5 minute what I want. Is there a preferred brand to look for? Do I want yellow or white? I underestimated how many options there were and want to make sure I get the right stuff to try.
