HEB had some butterflied Waygu sirloin for sale. The marbling was crazy and I couldn’t pass them up. I was on the fence of marinating them like I do fajitas or just salt and pepper. Wife wanted the marinade, so that’s what I went with. 1 part olive oil, 1 part Worcestershire, and 1 part mango vinegar. Came out phenomenal. That does look really good!
I picked up some of the waygu sirloins a while back. Grilled with kosher salt and black pepper, they came out great. The sirloins really aren't that bad priced either. The marbling is incredible.

My son and wife went to Maui, last month and found some tender lions in Safeway marked down from $50 a pound to $15 and said best steak hes ever had.
