I don't like mayonnaise (cow snot), never have. Have always liked Miracle Whip.

Yesterday for the first time, I bought a jar of Blue Plate Mayonnaise to try in my cole slaw. MAN, I am hooked on this stuff now. Been eating it right out of the jar. No comparison to Hellman's, HEB, or any other brand. It's lighter/fluffier and has a much better taste IMO.

I’ve always heard about it being a traditional Southern mayonnaise. Been making it in New Orleans since the 1920’s.
