OP Thisisbeer Tracker T Joined: Jul 2018 Posts: 832 The Woodlands, TX	HEB had some butterflied Waygu sirloin for sale. The marbling was crazy and I couldn’t pass them up. I was on the fence of marinating them like I do fajitas or just salt and pepper. Wife wanted the marinade, so that’s what I went with. 1 part olive oil, 1 part Worcestershire, and 1 part mango vinegar. Came out phenomenal. Fall apart tender. Forgot to get some pictures before the marinade. But the marbling was awesome. Last edited by Thisisbeer; 03/02/21 12:28 AM.
