eggs are in pancake batter. They'd be pretty crappy without the egg. Some biscuit recipes require an egg also.
Let's not even discuss removing bacon so with the consensus that egg is the basic building block of breakfast foods it's gonna stay too. I like gravy. So, by process of elimination I'm going to get rid of pancakes. I like pancakes but I like the others more.

because rarely do you see a diner still making biscuits from scratch.
I sold probably 50 different frozen biscuit line items. VERY few could match a great scratch made which in itself is almost an oxymoron.
