After years of wanting at 257 Weatherby mag I picked one up yesterday! A clean Remington 700 LSS limited run and I am stoked! Have two boxes of 120 nosler partitions and a Burris droptine 4.5-14x42 waiting to get it mounted on it. Can’t wait to get it sighted in.

scrub that barrel, make sure everything is tight, Don't be upset if the Partitions don't group as well as others.

Love the stock , lamination is your friend with wood. Great looking gun in a great caliber. Looks like you have good reloading supplies, should really shine with a great handload

Yes sir, hoping they’ll group an inch or better, if not I’ll probably work up a load with 110 grain accubonds or try to get the partitions shooting good with hand loads.

My Remington, SPS 257wby shoots bug holes with a variety of ammo. Remington got something right with it.
