Well this was a huge let down. Atmosphere was very dark and noisy, like being at a club minus the obnoxious music, too dark to see how the steak was actually cooked.
We started with the Lobster Deveiled Eggs. 5 for $15, these were actually pretty good.
Next was a Spinach Salad with Almond Crusted Goat Cheese, again very good and healthy portion for $11.
I had the 40 day dry aged 16 ounce Ribeye cooked rare, by texture they nailed it, but too dark to really tell. The flavor was, lacking, and appeared to be broiled instead of grilled. The steak had a lot of tough tendon like strings. Not worth the $48. The side that came with it was Parmesan Truffle Grits, great consistency but way too much Parmesan and Garlic.
We ordered the grilled Brusell Sprouts as a shared side, very very good. Well worth the $10.
Wife had the 40 day dry aged 6 ounce filet and said it was perfect. She had the Garlic Mashed Taters and they were great.
For drinks she had house Chardonnay, she liked it. I had 2 very well poured Old Fashioned’s with Makers Mark, they were excellent. Also has a Texas Mule that was made with TX Whiskey, again very good and a large pour.
For $240 I won’t be returning, but if I want just drink and appetizers then I’d consider it.
