Anyone have any ideas which app might be the best for a beginner? TD Ameritrade, Robinhood, ETrade or other.

I have TD and ETrade. No issues.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

So, here's the dummest question(s) of the day. How does one day trade? How does one know which stock is a reasonable risk? What guideline does one use?
The only thing i know is if I want to make a million, start with $2MM.

I started each account with $500 two years ago. ETrade is at $3900 and TD is at $2,350. Not really day trading. Sometimes I go weeks without even looking at the apps.
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

From what I've read Robinhood has zero customer service. With that said, I'm on my third attempt as I type this to reach a human at Fidelity. I let the phone sit on speakerphone about a half hour each of the first two tries. I'm at 52 minutes now. This is pathetic for a company of that size.
EDIT: Needed human answered after 54 minutes and supplied outstanding customer service.

I started a Robinhood account just to start learning. It's good, doesn't have near the tools to research like some of the others that you pay a fee. Robinhood does have a premium version that has more research tools, but the app is quick and easy to use. I bought some Dogecoin when it was 0.008 cents per share and it's now around 0.056. I also have some stock like ConocoPhillips that has done well, and i have others that i've watched and ended up trading because they were steadily declining. But that's why I did it on Robinhood, so I could make trades and mistakes and not hurt myself. My real investments are through Fidelity and i have professionals watching that for me. It's been fun and a learning experience.

I've used Robinhood and WeBull - WeBull is a bit more technical than Robinhood with quite a bit more data, but I personally think it's better once you learn. If you want to use WeBull shoot me a PM and I'll send you my referral link - if I "refer" you - you get a free stock and I do as well I believe. I think Robinhood does the same. They're usually junk stocks - but every now and then you get lucky and get something decent.
I've heard great things about Fidelity - but here the app is a little dated - I haven't used it.

Robinhood is good for quick and dirty, particularly that they sell fractional shares ( You can buy $100 of Google or Amazon for example). I use paid SeekingAlpha for research and Fidelity for primary portfolio management.

Charlie Yep - the fractional shares are what make RH. To the OP, if you have a managed retirement account you should have access to all of their research. I have both Fidelity and Ameriprise. Both are good for research tools and forecast.

Schwab.....lots of research tools, good customer service when you can get them, local offices if you need some face to face. Prefer their service over AmeriTrade.
