Happy Bday, Merry X-Mas, and just because I wanted to, all rolled into one. Have lots of dutch ovens and big skillets and baking dishes, but most are BIG! Finally found the perfect combination of a small flat griddle pan, and full-size flat press to use in the portable gas grill in the RV. This will store inside the grill when closed up. Now I don't have to lug around the big one for the Camp Chef, if I don't want to. I can see much better tortillas in the future now, maybe flat iron pizza, and even grill pressed ribeyes. Input?  Hah, funny you mention that. Every X-Mas when we sing "comal ye faithful", all I think of is a giant Hebrew fiesta with Mexican food!!! I know, I'm going to Hell for laughing.

Thanks. Good to watch, and not too badly done. Taking care of your cast is one of the joys of cooking to me.
Don't we all wish we would have gotten GrandMa's 100 year old cast pans, when they got handed down???
