Keep at it, you’ll feel better. I too quit 13 yrs ago because I was drinking way too much and taking too many chances. Waking up wondering how I got home wasn’t for me. To each his own, but for me the answer was simple but took some work.

May 2nd will be 6 years for me Congrats, when I was drinking I was single, after I quit I managed to convince a girl to marry me and make a family. Since then for me it’s been easier knowing I don’t wanna let them down. Take it a day at a time or minute whatever works and keep at it. I’ve replaced drinking with hunting and ice cream need to cut back on the ice cream.
Don't take life so seriously, you'll never make it out alive!

I said this once before...why are your nipples so low? It's freaky!  Little creepy a male is worried about my nipples My thoughts also, believe I'll shy away from him.

Quitting cigarettes' was the hardest for me. I've always drank a little here and there, like 5 drinks spread out over a year or something, so no need to quit that. I know it's tough with the world the way it is today, not sure I could quite cigarettes' today if I had to. Stay strong man.
