got fit for a suit for a wedding. went to pick it up 3 weeks later after i had called,(was told i would be contacted 3 days before event which is friday but no call from them) No jacket, shirt to small/short in the sleeves and vest to big. WTF is this normal? May not have the clothes for the wedding. What about "I GAURENTEE IT"

I bought a suit from them about 12 years ago and last year took the pants in to let the middle out. They performed the service without a hitch...and free.

They did make it right refunded the entire weeding party suit rental and also gave my son a FREE suit. Ask and you'll receive.

Same here. Bank's was a great shop. Men's Wearhouse bought them and changed everything. It's now basically Men's Wearhouse. no bueno
