Heavy-seasoned fileted chicken breast pieces, my favorite Juustolepia high-temp cheese, and two strips of bacon. Into the oven for an hour. Oh yeah....

Since the oven was already on, and at the right temp., I threw some French fries in to have with them (crispier this time, for you critics). Added some broccoli and nice sharp cheese sauce, so the girls thought it was a "balanced" meal. Blue cheese for dipping also. Not too bad for a spur-of-the-moment dinner. The naked ones looked just as tasty as the well-dressed ones; the one in the center is upside down, and shows that the cheese doesn't run out like regular brands.

Would. I need to keep my appetite up.

Did basically the same but made them into skewers and grilled them. Really good!

I make some similar to these and they are dynamite, your pic inspired me to make them ,it’s been awhile since I’ve had them. Yummy 😋
