I have several boxes of these. I know that I got them in a transaction with someone on this forum but I can find zero info online as to when they were manufactured. 70's? 60's?

Is there any information or lot numbers on the inside flap? Use this to contact manufactures that could maybe help. Head stamps? Maybe even this picture. GL

Headstamp would be a good start.

Sears began the "Ted Williams" issue ammo boxes in 1971. That was the year that Williams began working for Sears as a sporting goods consultant.
Without digging out the references to double check I believe Federal manufactured the Williams line for Sears until 1978 when they lost the contract to Olin Corporation/Western Cartridge Co.
I can get you a closer manufacture date if you have a pic of any warning labels on the box.

Looks like a second generation Williams box. I believe the first printing contained a "Warranty Statement" on the flaps. It read something to the effect of we used reasonable care in manufacturing this ammo but we make no other warranty. Your ammo was probably manufactured by Federal Cartridge Co. sometime between 1972-1974.

I don't know, but what's up with your thumb? Are you double jointed? Partially an optical illusion, partially that thumb is messed up.
