Finally they ended the nonsense. I probably won't go anyway, I got a season pass in Colorado now. They do not get any of my stimulus money.

Yeah, I travel through NM, regularly. They don’t know where I’ve been and where I’m going.

Trust me, the ski bums there do not want Texans in their lift lines. If they could report you and make trouble for you, they would. I personally have no interest in trying to beat their restrictions and risk it, I'll just go to Colorado which is better anyway. Only reason I go to NM is shorter drive. I hope they learn their lesson and take a major financial hit. I'm happy to boycott them for the season.

I used to like New Mexico, now I won't go there unless being paid to be there. It's a shame such a beautiful state has such screwed up leadership.

I was in NM a lot this year(Sept and Jan). No one questioned me, including at the motel, at DNR, police interaction, etc.

There must be a few thousand people an hour traveling in and out on New Mexico, and I bet not a one of them has been tracked. Unless they were stupid enough to report themselves. It was a joke.

Almost half of the permanent residents are immigrants from Texas. 70% of the county's property tax comes from out of state owners, most of those are from Texas.
