I have to opposing point of view... I would rather have a diversity of people. Some one maybe from Florida, for the sake of hurricanes.... some one from up north for the sake of blizzards... some one from the desert, that know a little something about heat, and droughts....... people who deal with extremes.... but thats just me.... not to mention this lays at the foot of the state, they are the ones in charge of the grid.
