Home-made tortilla baskets, pulled all the baby back rib meat off the bones, and candied up some awesome HEB mesquite honey BBQ'd pork belly chunks!! Filled the warm baskets with refried beans, cheese, 2 meats, L&T, avocado, and onion and pico. Wowser. Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
