Metairie, LA - A group of armed citizens stopped an active shooter who opened fire inside a gun store and firing range on Saturday. It's a scenario that I've thought many times might eventually happen at a shooting range. Just too many crazy people in the world these days.

Yeah, ask Chris Kyle's widow My thoughts were more along the lines of a complete stranger going "postal" which appears to have been the case with this incident. It's the idea of knowing you're a sitting duck since you can't keep an eye on everyone all the time. Not knowing anything about the mental stability of those around you with loaded firearms sure doesn't help.

What I read was that he was a known customer and the whole thing escalated after the store security asked him to unload his weapon upon entering. Very strange, but so are many folks I guess.

Family members say the shooter was murdered, I say the family members need to be shot as well.. The world is completely full of 100% pure bred idiots.
