Last night I decided to finally try the par grilled and par fried chicken wings, welp it was absolutely delightful. I used Franks stinging honey garlic for the sauce.

Looks good. I've been smoking my wings with mesquite and then pan frying in coconut oil.

Man I love super hot & crispy she can wings. I tried Domino’s bone in wings again the other day and I just can’t do it. Freakin’ nasty. I even put them straight into the oven to crisp and still nasty...

There’s a place in Katy called Brewings, or Brew Wings, whatever. Used to eat there once a week. Order them extra crispy and they’ve got a wingsauce there called Carolina Gold, addictive and delicious!

Wings from the national pizza chains are terrible, I get caught ordering them at times too, it's just self abuse.

I haven't made it to a brewings yet.

Wing Street’s wings are pretty good IMO, but have to go sit down there in person and eat them fresh. IMO, they’re like french fries. As soon as you box or bag them up and they start steaming it’s over. Don’t like soggy.

That Carolina Gold is a spicy mustard based sauce. I liked it so much I used to order a bunch of it to take home and use on ribs & grilled chicken.
