That's 15K square feet. Unless I was planning on living there long term I wouldn't pay to have sod put in or proplug it. Few months won't make a big difference and the hot market owners won't care. I wouldn't do chit. Sell and be on your way as far as turf goes.

I talked to a local grass grower and he told me Floratam probably will not make it due to its lack of cold heartiness.

If you tug on the grass and roots still hold, it should be ok, but if it comes up, roots and all it’s probably dead.
