So did everyone come out the other side?

Just checked all my outdoor hose bibs. I had 9 in all and everything seems good. We had our master shower freeze up but pipes seem ok, thankfully.

Honestly very surprised I didn't have waterlines outside bust.

We were extremely fortunate to have power the entire time and only lost water for about 12 hours.

All the goats, llamas, chickens, cats and dogs are all good.

My diesel truck still won't start, any ideas? I did put additive in but didn't get it cycled through.

PVC at my garden froze.. Working PVC is like playing with thinker toys. Later. Could not find the sealant.

We were lucky, our power was only out from Monday morning until Tuesday night. Some of our neighbors didn't get power restored until yesterday. Had a few faucets that wouldn't work for a while, but no busted pipes.

All good here except one outdoor faucet I couldnt get to turn on. I dont think Ive ever turned it on before so maybe its just stuck or seized up. I guess guys are saying to turn off water completely and then watch meter to see if its still going. Maybe ill do that....

It looks like we escaped anything major or minor. Two outside faucets froze, the little covers don't work at those temperatures. I was able to get them working and dripping soon after they were discovered. And my pool fountain froze when we lost power. It started working about an hour ago with no leaks. So unless something is going on under a slab I haven't found yet, we be good... up

I am mostly thankful I could work from home. I was able to stay on top of things, or it would have been much worse!

This mirrors the situation for me. It doesn’t appear anything outside burst, which is honestly kind of hard to believe. Very grateful.

Very lucky. Power never went out. Had one frozen hose bib, but I warmed it slowly over several hours and it started flowing. No apparent leaks.

I had to sweat a pipe. Darn i thought all the house draining preparation I did took care of that. It is really hard to get back there too, my house is all metal frame construction.

No problems here at my house, it's county water and pressure is way down but no leaks around here. My rainwater system for my cabins is still froze up, not getting any water from the 10,000 gallon tank. I checked it and it still has 3" of ice on the top. Will have to wait till it thaws to see if I have any issues there.

Had a “freeze proof” outside faucet split. Not leaking until I turn it on so it is OK till I can take the Hardie off and get around to fixing it.

Same deal here. Looks like I'll be going thru the sheetrock behind it.
Pool is still frozen so won't know on that for a few days.

Still no water here in Lone Oak, they are saying maby 5 more days before we get it back, or maby we will get some low pressure water. Fixing to have to start scooping a bucket full out of the pond just to flush the toilets...

Couple of busted lines in my shop bathroom and one slow drip showed up on a pool line. Hoping that’s all.

House was built in 1974, old custom home.
No leaks also no loss of power here during the whole freeze.

Very fortunate.

My Lubbock neighbor’s back flow froze and cracked a valve, I helped him replace it.

Too early to tell, looks like we saved the house but the pool is just thawing and equipment is still frozen. Pump has a wide gap in the housing where it's bolted together.

We were fortunate and had no problems. I kept an outside hose bib running slow, about a pencil size stream, with a hose ran out to the pasture. It was enough to keep the well and everything running. Nothing ever froze in the house, but I do dread the next electric bill. I drained the lines in the shop and used the air compressor to blow them dry prior to the storm. I wish everyone the best of luck getting problems fixed.
