Not real big on planning ahead, or buying for specific meals. I like to look in the fridge and cupboard every morning, and come up with something. Sometimes it works, sometimes not!!
Found fresh asparagus and mushrooms in the crisper section, so had to compliment that. The girls don't do seafood, so I'll have Ahi tuna filet myself. Stuffed a couple chicken breasts full of mozzarella cheese and diced mushrooms for them. Made a drippings gravy to put on the rice from theirs, and added all the leftover 'rooms to the rice too!! Lots of soy, wasabi, and ginger for me.
