A MikeC oosik bone skinner top center, a Jason Fry mammoth tooth bird and trout bottom center, two Chops folders, and four Chops fixed blades. I’ve got another MikeC walnut skinner that now belongs to my wife since we skinned her first buck with it. My kids are gonna start getting them soon and then (hopefully) grandkids after that. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/02/full-24111-281919-53931382_48a6_4a2e_9034_0d23bf7ddc34.jpeg)

Nice group of knives, NP. I was looking through mine the other day and started thinking about divvying them up. One son loves knives, but he has not reached the point yet where he wouldn't sell one to go to a bachelor party in Vegas. The other one likes them, and he's like me- the "Roach Motel"- they check in but they don't check out.
I used to have a bunch of STICs, but I'm down to one or 2. I have a few from Safdm44, and MikeC, and Jason and a couple from way back (including an early Kimmo). Also ended up with a couple of RO Easlers, and a couple of Ruanas and a Randall from my Dad.

One of my favorites too. Love that little knife.

Beautiful collection NP. I have to admit I never really cared all that much for knives as a collection. It was just a tool like a wrench. But i always liked metal working (Lathe/Mill) so then comes Forged in Fire that caught my eye. But this forum has changed my appreciation for these works of art that the knifemakers create.

I was the exact same. The first custom knife I ever bought was when I joined this forum. Never even thought about them.

How in the world do you keep those sheaths looking so new? Are those certificates used to clean the knives when they get dirty?
Btw, top left is the one which catches my eye.

The top left one was the first one I bought. Mammoth ivory and wood. The certificates come from Chops (Tim Lambkin) with each knife he makes.

I dun't have any of those certificate things, but there are some trusty blades in this "collection". Can anyone tell what the material is that comprises the sheath on the top left? ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2021/02/full-66255-282928-knives.jpg)
