So how long before every fly by night roofer that chases hail storms turns into a plumbing and/or pool repair specialist? Bet there is 100's of millions in damage caused by this Arctic blast in Texas alone. I have 4 buddies that live in Lantana Tx just down the road from me. All of their pool pumps are froze at this point.

All of their pool pumps are froze at this point. Had one for 20 years in a previous life. A big un. All kinds of issues. I'll be their Huckabee. If they need help, Will work for beer. That being said, If you don't have an enclosed cover over pool and Most don't and if you don't swim all year, drain the sucker and cover.

The plumbers will be busy just putting on temporary band aids on house and business leaks for a week or so, then another month actually taking care of the problems. Pools will have to wait.

It’s happening. Nacho Dominguez Roofing just posted on NextDoor in my area that he’s available for plumbing emergencies. Bet his phone lights up like a Christmas tree.
