Haven’t tried to start mine yet, but about to. I put Howe’s in it yesterday and let it run for 30 min after. About to find out.

Mine sounds like no fuel

Mine just cranked right up, only got to 18 here though and the batteries aren’t that old.

Well, yall got me wondering. If I dont need to go anywhere, is it beneficial to crank it up and let it sit or drive a little? Gas, Tundra.

In my mind it is but that don’t make it so. My thinking is extreme cold kills batteries. Putting it on a battery tender will save it. Cranking it once a day and letting it run 20-30 minutes a day will recharge it. There’s a lot of science behind it, but I’m not trying to sell anyone on it. Just my opinion.

Made mistake traveling ta MN in winter...
Always change oil before the 2,000 mile round trip...

Run 30 weight warm temps.. bang forgot about cold winters...

Drove threw ta Iowa, none stop, hit blizzard... Got motel.
Morning tried cranking car, nogo, brought battery inside..
It was record setting low... Finaly got a wrecker...
He pulled it ta shop...
Noticed liexence plate, asked what weight oil...
Then it hit me... hammer lifted car, run heaters on it.
Pulled plug (oil) it twas thick as molassess...

My F350 fired up, and I eased over to the gas station this afternoon. Got some fresh generator fuel. One generator fired up with a shot of starting fluid, the other had a bad leak from the petcock. I’m ready for the rolling blackouts tonight.

Don't remember the last time I started mine. Fingers crossed.

I just now got it going. Hooked it up to buddies jeep, Took 8 min of starting and rest and starting to get it to fire up. Fuel issue. Went in to limp mode also. Got it blown out and back going. Wasn’t easy.

Usually 6.7 have no issues, had mine in panhandle and NM in single digits and hadn’t had an issue.
