we apparently had a substation that was offline. Electricity went out at 2:15 last night and just got it back on a little after 1 p.m.

Bluebonnet Electric started rolling blackouts here in Lee county at 2 a.m. and power is on for 15 minutes and off for 15.

That’s what mine was/is doing but my mom has had power all day so I came over here. Maybe blackouts, maybe just out

Hopefully ya'lls electricity stays on longer than mine did... We had power for about three hours..

Off and on since 1:48am.
Mostly off since about 7:30am.
Still warm thanks to propane.
Phone & internet unusable since daylight.

Haven’t lost power here yet (knock on wood). Central heat is out, but I do have the oven running & open, and two little space heaters so not too cold in the house. Harvey ate my chimney and instead of replacing it, I just closed it up with the new roof. Would be nice to have that fireplace right now.

Bunch of family is without power and cold. Have some family and some friends over here now to warm up for a while. Big pot of spicy deer chili and hot tamales on the stove, along with a pot of chicken gravy to pour over some scratch biscuits. About beer 30 I reckon.

All piping in the Master Bath is still frozen, most is PEX. Fingers crossed for no busted pipes.

Deport the ones that don't belong here and we wouldn't have this problem.

Off and on here in kingsland. Ctec co-op says ercot rolling backouts.Found out my heater is not wired to my generator panel. Have a couple space heaters a going in the interim.

Update (1605 ET): CBS Austin's Melanie Torre reports Gov. Greg Abbott has called up the Texas Army National Guard "to conduct welfare checks and to assist local authorities in transitioning Texans in need to one of the 135 local warming centers across Texas." 
While Abbott said earlier the "Texas power grid has not been compromised," we find that hard to believe as the number of customers without power has significantly jumped 3.368 million. 

I feel your pain. I only had two short outages.

Water pressure is no longer sufficient to reach the second floor in NW Fort Worth Those pipes will be froze soon.
Did not have plans for keeping the 55 gallon blue barrel Of water from freezing, so it is not usable.

Filling the blue 7 Gallon totes now

Oh and wife's new propane fired counter top range in this new house is electronic controlled and is not wired to genset. Can't use that for heat. When it rains it pours.

All of our water pressure just took a dump, it’s barely coming out now. It’s town wide, no idea but obviously somethings either freezing or loosing power.

Power is out in quite a few parts of southern Brazoria county. Water pressure is extremely low.

Ours was out for nearly 13 hours. Just came back on about an hour ago

Power was off when I woke up 12 hours ago.....still is. Cold isn’t bad, plenty of warm clothes, just boring as he!!....have to keep going out to truck to charge phone and iPad.

We have had 2 hours of power since 3am. Nothing since11am. This ain’t rolling black outs either. This is equipment failure on the power companies end. Hearing that their generators froze up.
